如何邀请客户转介绍?

1️⃣ 在成交付款之时就可以进行铺垫:感谢客户下单,同时表达我们对客户服务、口碑和转介绍的重视。我们追求与客户建立长期合作关系,而不仅仅是一次交易。

2️⃣ 在为客户提供优质服务后,请求客户帮个小忙。例如转发我们的推广文案或要求客户进行评价。

3️⃣ 在获得客户的好评和反馈后,建立更深层次的关系和联系。

成为客户的朋友之后,转介绍就会自然而然地发生。请求客户给我们深入的评价、录制推荐视频,或在我们的网站上链接我们的合作伙伴等方式,根据行业和产品进行策略调整。

4️⃣ 提供奖励策略:你可能提供了很好的客户服务,但有时还是不足以获得转介绍,所以可以采取一些奖励/激励措施。

例如亚马逊或其它礼品卡、折扣、VIP服务等。奖励最好返还给客户的未来订单中,以保持转介绍的自然性和真实性。

PS:给客户转佣金也是一种方式,但不建议,这会让转介绍的性质产生变化。

5️⃣ 具体化转介绍要求和话术,向客户提出邀请时,用明确的话语和问题引导客户思考是否有朋友需要类似解决方案:“Do you have any friends who are looking for the XXX solution? ”

或者调侃地问是有朋友需要新的产品,只是他们还不知道:“Or friends who need new XXX but just don’t know it yet? Remember to tell me.”。

6️⃣ 建立正确的人情思维:人情思维在销售中被视为王炸。虽然国外客户注重商业利益,但与供应商之间的人际关系、信任和良好的合作态度仍然是成功的关键因素。

所以在日常服务中,我们要做好客勤维护,提供额外的资源和价值。通过进行顶层设计和全面规划,确保我们在实际操作中能够有条不紊地执行,从而实现客户转介绍的目标。

PS:顶层设计指的是在销售过程中制定整体策略和计划,明确转介绍的具体步骤和方法。它涉及到目标设定、资源调配、沟通策略等方面,通过有效的顶层设计,我们能够更好地引导和推动客户转介绍的实施,取得更好的结果。

7️⃣ 进行电话回访和定期联络:通过电话回访客户,与他们保持定期联系。

我们可以设计一些话题来进行切入,比如可以谈论市场行情、新产品信息、销售情况,收集客户意见反馈并解决问题;可以在节假日时发送感恩回馈问候贺卡或赠送礼物,也可以平时在客户朋友圈中点赞和评论,展示对客户的关心;或者主动推荐优秀方案和新产品,并为客户提供优化方案;甚至可以提供在中国的代理服务,帮助客户处理一些琐事。

因为销售的本质是通过服务客户来获得回报,不要忽视这些重要的细节。
